Nicole Ciovacco, Esq., founder of NMC Legal, provides dedicated and tailored general counsel services for businesses, associations, and individuals. With more than a decade of experience in commercial transactions, corporate structure, governance, negotiations, and advocacy, she delivers strategic and successful legal solutions. 
 

Licensed to practice in Florida, Illinois, New York, and Vermont, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to her clients' needs.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago, following her dual Bachelor’s degrees in criminology and psychology from the University of South Florida. 
 

Nicole honed her skills in civil litigation, criminal defense, and workers’ compensation, serving both public and private sectors, and gaining diverse experience and unique perspectives, before starting her own practice. Her desire to provide highly personalized services to her clients led her to create NMC Legal. Information isn’t lost or misunderstood because each client has direct access to her instead of working with an associate or paralegal. This hands-on approach allows her to build strong relationships and deliver the attention to detail her clients value.   
 
Beyond the courtroom, Nicole is a passionate ambassador for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and she advocates for the Parent Coalition for Living Donors by educating others on living organ donation. Additionally, she coaches her alma mater's  negotiations team on preparations and mock negotiations for their competitions.
